I pressure cook mine first to tenderize them and then either finish them off on the grill or in the oven. Just depends on what is going on. Best tender and juicy ribs you will eat. I use Hoison BBQ sauce. Sweet Hot Chinese BBQ sauce. Post reply Do you find this valuable?
