Im with you ...Charcoal all the way or just stay inside and cook. Its all about the flavor..
I just don't want anyone cutting ff my nuts

there are some benefits to cooking with gas, the two following being the most important:
• it's way cheaper, even with the cost of propane right now it is unbelievably cheaper per grilling session to use gas instead of charcoal--and for those of us who grill outdoors at least three times a week, this can be an important factor.
• multiple temperatures on burners allows for varying degrees of cooked meat. when using charcoal to grill some steaks, if there are a lot of people who all want theirs done differently, it always leaves someone eating cold steak or someone still waiting for theirs to finish cooking while the others are done.

anyone have any other thoughts or points to throw in?
