Suggestions or thoughts on smoking

The smoker at my house gets most of its use for briskets--what do others here mostly use their smokers for? Does anyone have any problems with smoking barbecue that they need advice on, or any suggestions for types of smokers or recipes? Any thoughts or suggestions, questions or comments related to smoking barbecue are welcome here.

I PERSONLY SMOKE FISH MEAT POULTRY ON A WEBER GENISES PROPANE GRILL WITH A CAST IORN 4 BY6 INCH BOX OR TUNA CAN WITH NAIL HOLES IN BOTTOM PLACED IN THE LEFT REAR CORNER OF GRILL SITTING ON FLAVOR BARS TURN OFF FRONT TWO BURNERS AFTER WOOD START SMOKING TEMP GAUGE SHOULD READ 270 OR LESS WITH BACK BURNER ON LOW
